The Board of Directors' Meeting of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited (the "Company") held on May 23, 2014 resolved to convene the 2014 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Friday July 25, 2014 at 13.30 hrs., at Rama Gardens Hotel Bangkok, Convention Center, 9/9 Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Laksi, Bangkok 10210 and set the date for determining the names of shareholders who shall be entitled to attend the 2014 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (Record Date) on June 9, 2014 and the date for gathering the names of shareholders under Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (as amended) by closing the share register book and suspending the share transfer on June 10, 2014.
