BTS Group operated a mobile canteen, to support flood relief efforts.

During recent floods, BTS Group operated a mobile kitchen and provided 1,000 cooked food boxes and other daily necessities to residents of Nontaburi and surrounding areas, who had been suffering from the severe flooding in their areas. In addition, Bangkok Hospital and Vibhavadi Hospital provided free medical check-up facilities at BTS stations and at The Federation of Savings and Credit Cooperatives of Thailand Limited on Nakorn-In Road, which was in operation from the 7th to 13th November 2011. Catering and logistic support was provided by staff and vehicles of the 2nd Anti-aircraft Artillery Regiment of the Royal Thai Army.
