BTS Group Invites Urban Communities to Join “Beyond The Strong: Designing the Right Health Journey for Your Lifestyle”, at the 21st Sky Clinic

BTS Group, in cooperation with Vibhavadi Hospital, ViMUT Hospital, Hua Chiew Hospital, CGH Hospital, Charoenkrung Pracharak Hospital, Rakpracha Clinic, the Faculty of Dentistry at Mahidol University, Body & Mind Physiotherapy Clinic and the Association for Professional Development for the Blind in Thailand, hosted the 21st Annual SkyClinic under the theme “Beyond The Strong: Designing the Right Health Journey for Your LifeStyle”, the event was held from 26 – 29 May 2026 at Bang Wa Station (S12), offering a free health check-up and wellness consultations to the public.

The opening ceremony, held on 26 May 2026, was presided over by Prof. Charoen Wattanasin, Advisor, and Mr. Surapong Laoha-Unya, Executive Director of BTS Group. The event was also attended by representatives from leading healthcare institutions and partner organisations, including Clinical Professor Dr. Sirichai Kiattavorncharoen, Advisor to the Dean, Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University; Dr. Atthapol Kerdarunsuksri, M.D., Deputy Director of the Medical Service Department, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration; Dr. Chaisit Kupwiwat, M.D., Director of Vibhavadi Hospital; Dr. Petchlada Bhuttapongsiriporn, Deputy Director of Administration, CGH Group of Hospitals; Dr. Orajuma Hutakovit, Deputy Director of Medical Services, Charoenkrung Pracharak Hospital; Pharm. Phenchan Kongkert, Assistant Hospital Director, ViMUT Hospital; Dr. Nattapol Orawetdilok, Assistant Hospital Director for Medical Services, Hua Chiew Hospital; Mr. Attapol Singhachat, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Body Solution Co., Ltd.; Ms. Rungthip Chat-suwan, Managing Director of S.R. Medical Services Co., Ltd.; Ms. Saowalak Songcharoen, President of the Association for Professional Development for the Blind in Thailand; and Ms. Sunee Chokthanasakulchai, Assistant District Director of the Phasi Charoen District Office.

Mr. Surapong stated that he was delighted to see the Sky Clinic project continue its social mission into its 21st year, reflecting the strong commitment of BTS Group and its partners to enhancing the quality of life of passengers and the public. Recognising that good health is the foundation of a happy and sustainable life, the project provides free health screenings and professional medical consultations, encouraging people to take a more proactive approach to their health and well-being.

This year’s theme, “Beyond The Strong: Designing the Right Health Journey for Your LifeStyle” aims to inspire individuals to adopt health and wellness practices that best suit their lifestyles, promoting both physical and mental well-being. A highlight of the opening ceremony was a panel discussion featuring Ms. Acharaporn Paiboolsuwan (Pa Jii) and a role model for healthy ageing, and Ms. Napatsanan Srisutthisan (May AF12), a health and beauty influencer. Together, they shared insights on balanced living and healthy lifestyle choices, inspiring participants to create their own personalized path to wellness.

This year's free health screening services include Carotid Intima-Media Thickness (CIMT), Diabetes and cardiovascular risk assessments, electrocardiograms (EKG), HPV screening for cervical cancer, chest X-rays and pulmonary function tests, body composition (BIA), and muscle performance assessments, complemented by consultations from healthcare professionals. The event also provided a platform for local community enterprises from Phasi Charoen and Sena Nikhom 2, communities located along the BTS SkyTrain network, to showcase and sell community-made and health-related products, helping support local economic development and sustainable livelihoods. Members of the public were invited to attend the 21st Sky Clinic and receive free health screening services at Bang Wa Station (S12) from 26 – 29 May 2026, starting from 10:00 a.m. onwards.
