The Meeting of the Board of Directors of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited (the “Company”) resolved to convene the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Monday July 20, 2020 at 1.30 p.m., at Bangkok Convention Centre (BCC Hall), 5th Floor, Central Plaza Ladprao, No. 1697 Phaholyothin Road, Chatuchak Subdistrict, Chatuchak District, Bangkok 10900 and determined the record date of June 16, 2020, on which the names of the shareholders entitled to attend the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders were determined.
