BTS Group Organises the “Heroes Give: New Hair, New Life” Activity to Deliver Encouragement to Cancer Patients

BTS Group, led by Mr. Marut Arthakaivalvatee, Vice Chairman at VGI Global Media Public Company Limited; Mr. Weng Sam Lam, Chief Executive Officer of ROCTEC Global Public Company Limited; Mr. Ian Craig Longden, Chief Executive Officer of Super Turtle Public Company Limited; Ms. Soraya Satiangoset, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Rabbit Holdings Public Company Limited; Mr. Sumit Srisantithum, Chief Operating Officer of Bangkok Mass Transit System Public Company Limited; Mr. Daniel Ross, Chief Investment Officer and Head of Sustainability; and Ms. Sinatta Kiewkhong, Director of Investor Relations and Sustainability, BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited, together with Dr. Jolie Oranat Achirayawat, Founder and Chairperson of the From Angel Foundation, organised the “Heroes Give: New Hair, New Life” activity at Meeting Rooms 1101–1102, BTS Visionary Park Building.
During the activity, BTS Group executives and employees attended a special lecture entitled “The Journey of the Angel Wig” delivered by Dr. Jolie, and participated in volunteer activities involving the sorting of donated hair. In addition, BTS Group provided financial support in the amount of THB 250,000 to the Foundation for the production of 100 human hair wigs. All wigs will be donated to Bhumibol Adulyadej Hospital and Siriraj Hospital for distribution to cancer patients.
The “Heroes Give: New Hair, New Life” activity represents another initiative aligned with BTS Group’s core mission to enhance the quality of life within society and to provide encouragement to cancer patients affected both physically and mentally. The initiative also supports employment opportunities and vocational skills development for vulnerable groups involved in wig production. BTS Group firmly believes that the collective participation and cooperation of employees at all levels will serve as a driving force in helping patients regain their confidence, restore their smiles, and overcome this challenging illness.
