Mr. Keeree Kanjanapas

Chairman / Chairman of the Executive Committee / Chairman of the Sustainability Committee and Authorised Director

Mr. Keeree Kanjanapas is the founder and the Chairman of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited, which started its business back in 1989. Mr. Keeree Kanjanapas uses his experience, determination and long term vision to lead BTS Group to its success and becomes the leader in mass transit business in Thailand. BTS Group has expanded into other businesses which connect and support its core mass transit business, such as media, real estate and services and is now listed on SET50 with a strong and long term sustainable growth.

Mr. Surapong Laoha-Unya

Executive Director / Chief Officer of MOVE Business / Authorised Director

Mr. Surapong Laoha-Unya holds a M.M.E. in civil engineering. He has extensive experience from his career as a consulting engineer for many international organizations specializing in mass transportation and was an advisor of Thanayong Public Company Limited (a former name of the Company) for the bidding of the first sky-train project in Thailand. At present, he is an Executive Director of the Company and also the CEO of Bangkok Mass Transit System Public Company Limited. Mr. Surapong Laoha-Unya is considered as one of the most valuable persons who has knowledge and expertise in the mass transportation in Thailand and serves an advisory to the Academic Subcommittee of Traffic and Transportation Engineering Program of the Engineering Institute of Thailand.

Mr. Kavin Kanjanapas

Executive Director / Chief Executive Officer / Authorised Director

Mr. Kavin Kanjanapas is the CEO of the Company and the heir of Mr. Keeree Kanjanapas. From his educational experience and living abroad, Mr. Kavin Kanjanapas saw a new business opportunity from the mass transit business, which has just started in Thailand. He helped lay out a new business model for BTS Group by setting up VGI Public Company Limited, the first company in Thailand to engage in transit media business. With a systematic expansion strategy, VGI Public Company Limited is now listed on SET50 engaging media and online marketing, payment and logistics businesses and is the leader in Offline-to-Online (O2O) Solutions in Thailand.

Mr. Rangsin Kritalug

Executive Director / Nomination and Remuneration Committee Member / Sustainability Committee Member / Chief Operating Officer / Authorised Director

Mr. Rangsin Kritalug holds a degree in architecture and business administration. He has special knowledge and expertise in real estate and service businesses and has extensive experience working with various businesses under BTS Group since 1990. Mr. Rangsin Kritalug is one of the key persons who helps lead BTS Group to the present. In addition, he also has knowledge in information technology and now holds the position of Chief Operating Officer of the Company.

Mr. Kong Chi Keung

Executive Director / Nomination and Remuneration Committee Member / Deputy Chief Executive Officer / Authorised Director

Mr. Kong Chi Keung has a strong background in the fields of investment and finance. His experience throughout 20 years of his career cover fund raising, finance operations, strategic planning, investment strategy, business acquisition and divestment execution. Mr. Kong Chi Keung served as an Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Chief Financial Officer of Bangkok Mass Transit System Public Company Limited. In addition, he holds a number of board positions in various business sectors, including mass transit, hospitality, property, media, food & beverage and consumer finance & e-wallet.

Mr. Suchin Wanglee

Independent Director / Audit Committee Member / Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Mr. Suchin Wanglee holds a degree in electrical engineering and completed a number of senior executive courses relating to commerce, capital markets and insurance. He has a wide range of knowledge and experience, including real estate, business administration, services, and particularly insurance business. Given his extensive work experience, Mr. Suchin Wanglee is able to give guidance on the business direction and provide suggestions independently, covering various dimensions which are beneficial to the diversified businesses of BTS Group.

Mr. Cheong Ying Chew, Henry

Independent Director

Mr. Cheong Ying Chew, Henry, is the co-founder of Worldsec Limited, a listed company on the Stock Exchange of London which engages in securities investment. He holds a bachelor degree in mathematics and a master degree in operational research and management from London, United Kingdom, and has over 30 years of experience working with international companies. Having expertise in international securities investment, Mr. Cheong Ying Chew, Henry is able to give valuable advice regarding investment to BTS Group.

Dr. Karoon Chandrangsu

Independent Director / Nomination and Remuneration Committee Member

Dr. Karoon Chandrangsu holds a Master and Doctorate degrees in structural engineering from the USA. He was a former professor at the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University and a Deputy Governor of Bangkok, Civil Affairs Section. At the start of BTS SkyTrain business (1996-2001), Dr. Karoon Chandrangsu was the Managing Director of Bangkok Mass Transit System Public Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Company. He is considered as a person with numerous experience and expertise, especially in the field of transportation engineering, which is the core business of BTS Group, and is able to provide independent opinions which will lead the Company to sustainable growth.

Mrs. Pichitra Mahaphon

Lead Independent Director / Chairman of the Audit Committee / Chairman of the Risk Management Committee

Mrs. Pichitra Mahaphon has knowledge and work experience in foreign organizations. She was a Vice President of Eastwest Bank and Bank of America and an Associate Director of Laverthol & Horwath, the 8th largest accounting firm in the USA. She also has expertise in appraisal and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and Appraisal Institute in the USA. In addition, Mrs. Pichitra Mahaphon also has experience in reviewing financial reports of mass transit business, which is the core business of BTS Group.

Mr. Paisal Tarasansombat

Independent director / Nomination and Remuneration Committee Member

Mr. Paisal Tarasansombat has extensive knowledge, expertise and experience in business management. In addition to serving as an independent director of the Company, he is a member of the board of directors, chairman of the executive directors and CEO of TMT Steel Public Company Limited, a listed company in the steel industry. Mr. Paisal Tarasansombat is a leading businessman in Thailand who brings his knowledge and experience in business management to enhance organization development, as well as guiding business direction and suggestions that are beneficial to the businesses of BTS Group.

Mr. Plakorn Wanglee

Independent Director / Audit Committee Member

Mr. Plakorn Wanglee holds degrees in Accounting and Business Administration in Finance, with over 30 years of experience in the financial and banking sectors both domestically and internationally. After serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Standard Chartered Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited and Standard Chartered Bank’s Representative Offices in Myanmar, Cambodia, and Laos until 2024, he was appointed as a Sub-committee Member on Capital Market and Insurance Business under the Senate Committee on Economy, Monetary Matters and Finance, which plays a pivotal role in advancing Thailand’s capital market and insurance industry to support sustainable economic development. He also serves as a Director of several listed companies across diverse industries, including aviation and IT retail.

With his extensive knowledge, experience and expertise in accountancy, finance, banking, and the management of large-scale international organizations, Mr. Plakorn Wanglee provides independent strategic guidance across a wide range of areas, including business operations, investments, and risk management, thereby enhancing the Group’s capacity to achieve its goals and long-term success.
