Bangkok, 1 July 2025 - BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited (BTS Group) held the “BCAF Go Live!” event to officially launch the BTS Group Corporate Accounting and Finance Service Center (BCAF) on the 1^st floor of BTS Visionary Park – South Tower. The establishment of BCAF aims to advance the efficiency and alignment of accounting and financial operations across all entities within the BTS Group.

BCAF serves as a centralised hub consolidation accounting and finance professionals from various business units to operate under a single organisation. This integration is intended to enhance efficiency, elevate the quality of services, strengthen compliance and control, and improve operations agility in accordance with BTS Group’s policies and regulations. Furthermore, BCAF supports people development by promoting continuous knowledge sharing and skills enhancement, with the objective of building a professional accounting and finance team within the organisation.

The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Kong Chi Keung, Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited, who presided over the opening ceremony. He was joined by executives from across the BTS Group of Companies, including Ms. Chawadee Rungruang, Chief Financial Officer of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited, Mrs. Chitkasem Moo-Ming, Chief Financial Officer of VGI Public Company Limited, Ms. Soraya Satiangoset, Acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Rabbit Holdings Public Company Limited, Ms. Tuanjai Thumrongpichittanon, Financial Controller of Bangkok Mass Transit System Public Company Limited, Ms. Narinrat Rattanatreyanupab, Financial Controller of BSS Holdings Company Limited, and Mrs. Pitchapaksorn Jit-Opas, Billing & Accounting Director of VGI Public Company Limited, together with employees who attended to witnesses the commencement of BCAF’s operations.

BCAF operates under Fusion Fortress Company Limited, with its office located on the 29^th floor of BTS Visionary Park – South Tower. In its initial phase, BCAF will provide to 88 core companies within the business groups of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited (BTSG), Bangkok Mass Transit System Public Company Limited (BTSC), VGI Public Company Limited (VGI), Rabbit Holdings Public Company Limited (RBH), and Turtle 23 Company Limited (T23), as well as to affiliated business partners that have entrusted BCAF with their financial operations. Plans are also in place to expand services to additional business units in the future, supporting the continued and sustainable growth of the BTS Group.
