The Services business division provides strategic support for the rest of the BTS Group as well as a source of future revenue growth. In addition to the development and operation of a common ticketing system across Bangkok’s mass transit network, the Group is engaged in Construction Services as well as Hotel Management Services.

Through Bangkok Smartcard System Company Limited (BSS), the BTS Group is collaborating with underground operator Bangkok Metro Public Company Limited to develop common ticketing system across Bangkok’s expanding mass transit network. BSS e-money platform will also be extended from mass transit for use across the retail, service and tourism sectors.

Through Hip Hing Construction (Thailand) Co., Ltd (HHT) BTS Group provides construction management and interior decoration services for the BTS Group and third parties. HHT was established as a joint venture between BTS Group and Hip Hing Construction, a member of the New World Group, and a leading contractor in Hong Kong.

The BTS Group is engaged in Hotel Management through its 50% joint-venture Absolute Hotel Services (AHS). AHS operates hotels under the U Hotels & Resorts, Eastin Hotels, Eastin Residences and Eastin Easy brands and provides consultancy services from its regional offices in Thailand, Vietnam and India

The BTS Group owns and manages Thana City Golf & Sports Club, which includes an 18 hole, 6,966 yard, par 72 course designed by Greg Norman.
