Regular communication with customers, via our hotline center, is aimed at both marketing and building better public relations. This is always conducted objectively, with hotline operators responsible for listening to customer concerns, as well as providing travel information relating to the city mass transit system.
Through systematic work practices and regular publication of news relating to our subsidiary companies, the BTS Group has rapidly become trusted and accepted by the general public.
